Microsoft 365 Mentoring

For people who are working with M365 and want coaching and insights from a Microsoft Certified Master or Sr. Architect related to planning, best practices, troubleshooting, etc.

Microsoft 365 Mentoring is for internal teams who want advice, insights, and assistance with:

  • Solution planning and design
  • Design reviews and estimation
  • Guidance on implementing new M365 features
  • Vetting and installation/configuration of products
  • Troubleshooting issues with M365

Mentoring Details:

  • Mentoring services do not include actual hands-on implementation
  • Mentoring is provided on a pre-paid basis; a binding PO is sufficient to engage services prior to actual payment
  • Sessions are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase at which point they expire
  • Mentoring is consumed in 1-hour increments; you are encouraged to group requests together to utilize the full hour
  • Unused hours can be converted to consulting hours if you need us to do the work for you

Services are provided using a combination of the following:

  • Telephone and/or Email
  • Microsoft Teams virtual meetings
  • Remote assistance using Remote Desktop and VPN

Mentoring services are pre-paid for a fixed number of hours to be used within 12 months. The services provided can include solution envisioning, planning and design recommendations, estimation, troubleshooting, etc.
